In 2021, my wife Monica and I took a leap of faith and decided to start Greg Green Insurance, a family-run insurance agency. After 20 years of working in the hospitality field at restaurants in Austin, TX, Kailua-Kona, HI, and finally in Seattle, WA, I felt it was time to try something new for my family. We are committed to providing personalized insurance services to each of our clients so we can assist with navigating the sometimes challenging and ever-changing insurance landscape. Everyone has different coverage needs, and we can help find the proper coverage to protect you and your family.
Family is important to me, so in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and my two sons on outdoor adventures that typically include mountain biking, hiking, and golf. We live in one of the most beautiful and unique places in the world, and we love to explore all that Washington has to offer. We are proud to call Washington home and even prouder to serve our clients!

When my husband Greg Green expressed his desire to open a family-run insurance agency, I knew I wanted to be his partner on this journey. Both of us having different strengths would help to build a well-rounded and reliable business.
My customer service background, which ranges from working at high-end resorts in Hawaii to being a flight attendant on private jets in California, has embedded personalized customer service as a top priority in our agency.
We believe all clients should be aware of their risk exposures. It is our goal at Greg Green Insurance to help our clients understand which personalized insurance services make sense for them. My passion as a personal trainer has shown me that I love helping others. Training has crossed over beautifully to insurance; now I coach clients on how to protect themselves, their investments, and their families, providing them with peace of mind.
In my free time, you can find me out in nature, camping with my family, or volunteering in our community and schools. Most of the time I am chasing our oldest son, Cooper, around on his mountain bike or enjoying a Scouting adventure with our youngest son, Cullen.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Sales, be a goal-oriented self-starter.
- Must be comfortable pursuing leads via phone and other sources.
- Help customers service their insurance policies.
- Ensure customers have the right level of coverage when servicing accounts.
- Develop and maintain self marketing program.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty (required)
- Life & Health License (optional)
- 2 years experience in insurance/sales preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with time management
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Benefits:
- Salary or Hourly rate plus commission
- We cover the expenses for your licensing education requirement, including WA Property & Casualty and WA Life & Health
